The documents of the Academic School of General Education disciplines reflect the main theoretical and practical aspects of the scientific organization of the educational process in the following areas:
 
– planning, organization, management of the educational process;
– educational and methodological support of the educational process;
– ensuring high quality of work and services;
– educational work with students.
 
The school organizes, carries out educational, methodological, research activities in the field of university training, improving the quality of education, stimulating the creative activity of teachers in educational, methodological and organizational work. The school implements this goal by performing the following functions:
 
– implementation of the Kainar Academy's quality policy;
– meeting the requirements of the QMS of the Kainar Academy;
– implementation of the Academy's and schools' goals in the field of quality:
– implementation of the stages of the life cycle of educational services;
– organizational and managerial;
– Resource management;
– monitoring, measurement, analysis and continuous improvement of educational services and business processes of the department.
 
The school contributes to the improvement of the general cultural level of students, the formation of their active life position, the ability to use knowledge of disciplines of the socio-humanitarian cycle. To achieve the set goals, the school's teaching staff organizes educational activities at a high scientific and methodological level, uses active forms of extracurricular work (round tables, scientific and practical conferences, excursions to museums of the city and region, literary evenings and meetings with interesting people, etc.). This allows students to broaden their horizons, creates opportunities to familiarize them with the history and culture of their native land. The school pays great attention to improving the level of aesthetic culture, instills etiquette skills.
 
Teachers of the academic school periodically undergo a foreign scientific internship. They take part in educational work, paying special attention to the problems of moral education. In teaching students, he shows due diligence and care to improve their theoretical and practical knowledge.
 
Teachers of the academic school are the authors of numerous textbooks and monographs, including "History of Kazakhstan", "Kazakhstan Tarikhy" (2004, 2005, 2010-2016) for students of the University of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He also published a monograph "Demographic history of Semirechye (1867-1926)".
