The Kainar Academy Institution has signed an agreement with the Republican State Enterprise on the right of economic management "Banknote Factory of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan". All diploma samples of bachelor's and master's degrees were printed in the RSE "Banknote Factory of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The Banknote Factory produces products of more than 100 types, which are very difficult to forge at any other banknote factory, and it is impossible to reproduce any commercial printing house. On any product produced at the Banknote Factory, there is necessarily a whole range of protective characteristics, many of which are hidden. To determine them, tests and devices known only to specialists are necessary. Thanks to these measures, the factory's experts can always determine the authenticity of their products with confidence, regardless of what methods the manufacturers of forged documents can resort to.
Currently, in world practice, there is a division of protection degrees by categories.
The first category represents the protection degrees available to the average consumer without the use of equipment. Such protection degrees are widely notified to the public so that every consumer can determine the authenticity of the protected product on the spot. During various conferences on protection technologies, it was repeatedly highlighted that the global trend is a movement towards the development of protection degrees in this category and an increase in their number on products.
The second category represents the protection degrees available to perception using the simplest control equipment, such as a magnifying glass, an ultraviolet lamp, chemical pencils and some others. These protection degrees are intended for determination by cashiers, inspectors who do not have complex devices and a trained consumer. At the same time, it is possible to have some of the types of the above-mentioned control equipment at a trade point, for example, at the cashier's desk, so that the buyer of the protected goods can additionally verify the quality of the products.
The third category is the protection degree determined using specialized devices, such as detectors, sorting machines, scanners and other equipment available only to certain categories of inspectors. These protection degrees are intended to determine the authenticity of products by experts and employees of some control departments.
The fourth category is the protection degree intended for highly qualified experts from forensic laboratories.
Today the Banknote Factory has the equipment and technologies that make it possible to produce goods containing protective elements of all categories.
